Public Information Management Systems (PEIMS)

PEIMS is a statewide system used and maintained by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to track data from all Texas public school districts.  All demographic, academic, and disciplinary information on students is reported to TEA through this system.

It is very important that we have the most current information on each student.

If your address has changed, you will need to complete a request through Skyward Family Access or email the registrar. Please attach proof of residency. 
Valid proof of residency may include:
   - utility bills dated within 30 days
   - mortgage or lease agreements
   - property tax receipt

Such documents must list the name of the parent or guardian that the student is residing with as well as the new address.

You may change your telephone numbers or emergency contacts by completing a request through Skyward Family Access.  You can also make a request by emailing the registrar.   Please be sure to include the student's first and last name and grade level.
